These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of idealightsindonesia.com (the “Site”), operated by Idealights Indonesia (“Idealights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about our services, showcase our work, and let you get in touch or apply for a role with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

Case studies, campaign results, and client names shown on the Site are shared with permission and reflect real work delivered by Idealights, though some figures may be rounded or presented as ranges for confidentiality. Past results are not a guarantee of future performance for any other brand or campaign.

Information you submit through our contact form, rate-card request, or job application — such as your project details, budget, or resume — is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't submit confidential information you're not authorized to share, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles, for your convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any content on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idealights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
